Anson Street & Loralyn Avenue - Sanctuary Point - Pavement Damage
The Shoalhaven was declared a Natural Disaster Area 5 March 2022 after an East Coast Low and subsequent rain events. This had a major impact on our communities, causing rapid deterioration to pavements and roads. Anson Street, Sanctuary Point was severely impacted resulting in planned repair works between Loralyn Avenue and Kerry Street.

2023 Works history
- 19/10/2023 - Council has submitted the scope of work to Transport for NSW and is awaiting funding approval.
- 19/09/2023 - Council is finalising the scope of work for submission to Transport for NSW for funding approval. Scope of work is expected to be finalised in October.
- 07/06/2023 - Council has requested approval to undertake geotechnical investigations in order to guide pavement repairs.
- 30/05/2023 - Council is awaiting determination from TfNSW of the funding approval for pavement rectification works to Anson Street, between Kerry Street and Loralyn Avenue. Please drive to conditions.
