Shoalhaven City Council has been notified of a data breach of the ‘OracleCMS’ which the Council uses as its after-hours phone call service provider.
Council is experiencing delays in assessment timeframes. The Assessment Team are working through applications at full capacity and request patience with our staff during this time.
We use Google Translate to provide translation of our content into languages that are commonly used in the Shoalhaven (where available in translation software).
The Google Translate service is offered in the hopes of removing language barriers. However, it is important to note that because it is an external service, we can't control the quality or accuracy of the translated content.
Manual translation by a fluent speaker for each language, while much more accurate, would be very costly; so unfortunately manual translation is not an option we can consider.
