Resourcing Strategy 2022–2026

The Resourcing Strategy explains how Shoalhaven City Council will plan and manage the resources needed to deliver services, infrastructure and community outcomes.

Supporting the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Operational Plans, the strategy outlines how Council will allocate and manage its workforce, assets, technology and finances over the long term. It provides a clear framework for ensuring services remain sustainable, effective and responsive to community needs.
