Community satisfaction survey

The Shoalhaven City Council’s 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey is now live. Keep an eye on your email inbox or social media as you may receive an invitation to participate.

This survey, conducted in partnership with Place Score - a place-based social research company - invites selected community members to rate council services.
This randomised approach ensures results are demographically representative rather than a fully public survey.
