Council’s Application Tracker allows you to view details of development application. This includes development applications, modification, reviews, private certifier complying developments and private certifier certificates.

Application Tracker

Application Tracker allows you to:

view details of development applications (both under assessment and determined)
search using the interactive map, the property address or suburb, application number or NSW Planning Portal Case ID
track and ‘follow’ the progress of a development application
access public documentation
view applications on notification / exhibition
lodge a submission

The system shows Development Applications from 1 July 2005.
