After careful consideration and site evaluations, Clifton Park has emerged as the preferred location for the Bay and Basin Boxing Club.

Here’s why:

1. Accessibility – Clifton Park provides a great walkable catchment for residents in Sanctuary Point, this provides access for a wide range of community members.
2. Activation – Clifton Park is used by a range of community members.
3. Safe and Secure – Clifton Park provides suitable passive surveillance. The proposed location ensures a safe and secure environment for all users.

The Bay and Basin Boxing Club’s vision is to create a welcoming and inclusive space to be used for many uses, including to promote community engagement and safety.
