Council has an Asset Management Plan (PDF 574kb) for all tennis courts. This plan is due for review and comments on the tennis courts are always welcomed and will be considered in the review.

The Asset Management Section is responsible for:

• strategic planning
• condition and risk assessment
• Local Government reporting requirements
• annual capital works
•  programmed works
• service levels

Property Services, Recreation and Community are responsible for:

• day to day administration with the groups that manage the operation of the courts (cleaning, maintenance and bookings)
• undertaking reactive maintenance (e.g. Water leaks, vandalism, graffiti)
• risk assessments
• financial returns from occupiers (leased or managment committees)
