Youth Week celebrates and acknowledges the valuable contribution young people make to their communities and is an opportunity for young people to express their ideas and views, act on issues that affect their lives and create and enjoy activities and events. Youth Week is the largest annual youth participation event in Australia.
Youth Week will be held from 13th to 22nd April 2018 which is during the NSW public school holidays.
For Youth Week 2018 Council is offering facilitated BMX Bike Workshops for an hour each day from 11am to 12pm at various Council Skate Parks for young people aged 8 years to 18 years, children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
There are limited spaces available for each workshop and helmets must be worn.
Bookings are essential for participation in each workshop and can be made by phoning 4429 3418.

- Shoalhaven Heads Skate Park - 16th April
- Nowra Skate Park - 17th April
- Culburra Skate Park - 18th April
- Sanctuary Point Skate Park - 19th April
- Ulladulla Skate Park -20th April
