Shoalhaven Water, Council's water utility, manages the collection, treatment and distribution of water in the Shoalhaven local government area for over 100,000 people.

We have a dedicated team in both Nowra and Ulladulla that keeps your water running day and night, rain or shine, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Managing your water services

To manage requests related to your water services, such as:

• reporting a water quality problem
• reporting low water pressure or loss of water supply
• reporting leaking meters, mains or hydrants
• reporting damaged water meters
• submitting a water meter reading
• applying to relocate, lower or raise a water meter
• applying to disconnect a water meter
• registering for dialysis assistance
• hiring a portable water station
• applying for an undetected water leak rebate
• applying for a rainwater tank rebate

Water outages

Alerts for any known water outages will be displayed as a banner at the top of the Shoalhaven Water website.

You can report a loss of water or water pressure through the Shoalhaven Water website, on the Report low water pressure or loss of water supply page.
