Shoalhaven City Council has been notified of a data breach of the ‘OracleCMS’ which the Council uses as its after-hours phone call service provider.
Council is experiencing delays in assessment timeframes. The Assessment Team are working through applications at full capacity and request patience with our staff during this time.

Shoalhaven City Council is part of the Local Emergency Management Committee (LEMC). The LEMC is constituted under the State Emergency and Rescue Management Act 1989 No 165 (SERM Act) for each local government area and is responsible for preparing plans for response and recovery from emergencies.
