13/06/2025 - Tree removal will take place on the Tuesday 29th & Wednesday 30th July 2025 on Tourist Road, Beaumont, 300m east of Cambewarra Lookout Road. To ensure public safety, a full road closure will be in place during 9am to 3pm each day.

About the works

Shoalhaven City Council will be undertaking dangerous tree removal works on Tourist Road, Beaumont, near 5 & 45 Tourist Road, approximately 300m east of Cambewarra Lookout Road.

To ensure public safety, a full road closure will be in place for the section shown. Traffic controllers will be stationed at both the Kangaroo Valley Road end and Cambewarra Lookout Road to redirect traffic away from the site.

Please allow extra time for detours via Kangaroo Valley Road or Moss Vale Road. 

We understand this may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation. These works are essential to ensure the safety of the road and surrounding environment.

What you need to know

• Tourist Road (GPS Coordinates: -34.795459, 150.579515) closed to all traffic between 9am and 3pm
  Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 July 2025
• Emergency Services will be the only exception for through site access during closure times.
• Detour Routes via Kangaroo Valley Road (East) or Moss Vale Road (West) could take up to 30 minutes so please allow extra travel time.
