Owen Street, Currambene Street, and Hawke Street, Huskisson - Raised Pedestrian Crossings

Council has secured $880,000 through a Transport for NSW grant to support walking and cycling in regional NSW. This funding will be used to construct four raised ‘wombat’ pedestrian crossings at key locations in Huskisson:

  • One crossing on Currambene Street at the intersection with Owen Street
  • One crossing on Hawke Street

Project Features

  • Raised pedestrian crossings (3m–4m wide)
