About the project

Council manages a variety of coastal environment areas between Shoalhaven Heads and North Durras, including many beaches and multiple estuaries. These areas are at risk of significant impacts from both urbanisation and coastal hazards.

Council manages these issues to ensure accessibility and amenity while maintaining the environmental integrity and natural beauty our community enjoys.
