Dirty Water Event - Ulladulla

Dirty water issues are now largely resolved following flushing of the mains in affected areas. If you continue to experience dirty water, please call our customer service team on 4429 3214. Shoalhaven Water apologises for this unexpected quality issue.

Late yesterday, a ruptured water main occurred in South Street, resulting in widespread dirty water throughout much of Ulladulla. Affected customers are advised to run the tap at their water meter for 10–15 minutes. If after this flushing, water remains dirty,  please call our customer service team on (02) 4429 3214. 

Crews worked overnight and remain onsite to rectify the issue. Shoalhaven Water thanks customers for their patience.
