Berry Showground

The grandstand at the Berry showground. There is a white picket fence separating the grandstand from the Main arena, and the doors to the grandstand cafe are visible underneath the seating area.

Berry Showground, 35 Alexandra Street, Berry is an agricultural showground in the heart of Berry village.

Annual closures

Berry Showground hosts the Annual Berry Show first weekend in February each year.

Sportsground closures

Sports clubs or groups which have been given a seasonal ground allocation are responsible for determining if a sportsground is suitable for play or training, as well as to advise its members/participants of a sportsground closure.

In certain circumstances, Council, or a management committee in consultation with Council, may determine the suitability of the ground for play and override a sports club's/group’s decision.
