Shoalhaven City Council has been notified of a data breach of the ‘OracleCMS’ which the Council uses as its after-hours phone call service provider.
Council is experiencing delays in assessment timeframes. The Assessment Team are working through applications at full capacity and request patience with our staff during this time.
Council is currently working toward the realisation of two major urban release areas (URAs) in the Nowra-Bomaderry area.
The URAs are located along Moss Vale Road, between Bomaderry and Cambewarra, and are currently known as the “Moss Vale Road North” and “Moss Vale Road South” URAs.
Due to the size of the URAs, and the number of new homes that they will provide, Council is proposing to give this urban area a new suburb name to distinguish it from the surrounding rural localities of Cambewarra and Meroo Meadow.
