The Boongaree Reconciliation Garden is Stage 4 of Boongaree (previously Berry District Park) in Berry.
The purpose of the garden is to provide an inspiring space within the parkland for the community to connect with local Indigenous culture and explore ideas of reconciliation.
Council will work closely with the Community to develop the concept design for the garden.
Council will gather feedback via multiple methods during the concept phase, including design workshops, plant information gathering session/s, and a survey. Council is looking forward to hearing what the community would like to see in the beautiful reconciliation garden setting.
