We are undertaking a comprehensive review of the Access Areas for Dogs Policy.
The Access Areas for Dogs Policy (Dog Policy) defines where dogs can and cannot go within Shoalhaven, including where dogs are permitted to be ‘off-leash’.
A comprehensive review of the Policy is underway to ensure it responds to community expectations and relevant legislation about where dogs should be allowed to be off-leash and where dogs should be prohibited.
The Policy review process has been undertaken to enable the general public to provide feedback on the proposed draft policy to Council.
