On Thursday 8 September 2022 Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II passed away aged 96. 
 
Over 70 years, Her Majesty was a dedicated Head of the Commonwealth, and was a much loved and respected figure across the globe.
 
Reflecting on the loss of Britain’s longest serving monarch, Shoalhaven City Mayor, Amanda Findley said, “I am deeply saddened by Her Majesty’s passing and would like to pay tribute to her unwavering devotion to service and to Australia and its people”.
 
The Mayor will extend her condolences to King Charles III and the Royal Family on behalf of the Shoalhaven community by way of a Mayoral Minute and written correspondence.
 
Those wishing to sign a condolence book in recognition of Queen Elizabeth II’s remarkable lifetime of service are welcome to do so at the following locations during business hours:

The condolence books will be available to sign until Friday 14 October.
