NAIDOC Awards 2024 sponsorship opportunities

The Local Government Regional NAIDOC Awards 2024 invites businesses to participate in celebrating the talents and achievements of Aboriginal people from across the region through exclusive sponsorship opportunities. 

Scheduled for Saturday 27 July 2024, at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, this awards ceremony will acknowledge the remarkable contributions of local Aboriginal individuals, organisations and businesses in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region. 

"The NAIDOC Awards provide us with an opportunity to reflect on our shared history and look toward a future of understanding and collaboration,” said Mayor Amanda Findley. 

“It's a privilege for Shoalhaven City Council to host this event that recognises the profound impact of our local Aboriginal community," Cr Findley said. 

Sponsorship Packages Include: 

• djagula/djawula Platinum Sponsors will receive prime brand positioning throughout the promotion of the awards including all print, web and social media, event collateral, verbal acknowledgement on the night and a photo opportunity with VIPs and Winners for post event announcements. Sponsors will also present one of the honoured Elder of the Year Awards 2024 and receive a complimentary table at the ceremony. 

• wayalad/ngaraora Gold Sponsors will have prominent brand positioning throughout the promotion of the awards, event collateral and acknowledgement on the night. Sponsors will present an award and receive tickets for the ceremony. 

• gurimbaga/djiriwunj Silver Sponsors will be included in pre-event promotion and media release and have their logo displayed on the event program as well as on a sponsored Elders table.  

• djamaga gabun/budjari nana Elder Appreciation Pack Sponsors will be acknowledged in the Elder Appreciation Packs.
