Messages of Condolence for His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh

Following the death of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, the Prime Minister has started collecting messages of condolence to be forwarded to Buckingham Palace. Messages may be left online, at www.pmc.gov.au/pmc/condolences-form.

For those who are not able to complete the online form, printed copies will be made available at Council’s Customer Service Centres. These forms can be taken away and posted direct to the address provided on the form to the Prime Minister’s office; or they can be handed in to Council staff who will collect the forms and send them as a group to the Prime Minister.
