Council undertakes Huskisson road rehabilitation works
October 26, 2012
Shoalhaven City Council is undertaking road rehabilitation works along Keppel Street, Huskisson.
The works, which are expected to take two weeks weather permitting, will include the reconstruction of the existing road and sealing of the works to cater for significant traffic loading.
The main works will be carried out between Berry Street and Burrill Street along Keppel Street.
Works began this week with the installation of minor drainage along the edge of the road with stabilisation of the road now underway.
During construction, Council advises that there might be delays and restricted access during working hours.
Detours have been established to divert traffic into Berry Street from Hawke Street and motorists are encouraged to allow extra time for their travel.
