Update 07/05/2024: Investigation of the OracleCMS data breach is ongoing. Council has been advised that no personal or private data relating to Shoalhaven City Council customers has been found through investigations as part of the breach to date. The relevant agencies are still investigating this matter.
Shoalhaven City Council has been notified of a data breach of the ‘OracleCMS’ which the Council uses as its after-hours phone call service provider.
When people call the customer service line outside business hours, the call is diverted to OracleCMS who take the call on Council’s behalf.
At this stage, we are not aware of Shoalhaven customer data being affected by this breach. OracleCMS is working with government authorities to investigate the incident.
