Shoalhaven City Council has been notified of a data breach of the ‘OracleCMS’ which the Council uses as its after-hours phone call service provider.
Council is experiencing delays in assessment timeframes. The Assessment Team are working through applications at full capacity and request patience with our staff during this time.
Crown Reserves, where Council is the Crown Land Manager, are managed as if they are public land under the Local Government Act 1993.
When Crown Land receives a “Community” classification under the Local Government Act, it becomes categorised in line with its Reserve Purpose and a Plan of Management is developed.
Plans of Management are useful tools for managing community land. Plans of Management set out objectives and performance targets for community land and promotes active land management and use, including issuing tenures over the land.
Council is currently writing Plans of Management for the Crown Reserves for which we are Crown Land Managers.
