Shoalhaven City Council is currently undertaking road stencilling works to improve safety and aesthetics within the Nowra CBD. The stencilling works are being undertaken at both the Junction/Berry Street and Junction/Kinghorne Street intersections. These works follow the replacement of the pre-existing pavers with asphalt at both intersections. Shoalhaven City Council is calling on the local community to help the organisation in naming the two brand new waterslides at the Nowra Aquatic Park. Council has constructed the two new high quality waterslides as part of the upgrades to the Nowra Aquatic Park. Mayor, Joanna Gash said that the slides were due to be opened to the public prior to Christmas.
