The latest

Pavement road repair works under the external tender package have been completed. Due to ongoing wet weather in late 2022 means we will continue to assess this road as part of our maintenance program. Further damage repair will be scheduled into our 2023 works packages.

About the works

•  01/11/2022 - Linemarking works are scheduled to commence Wednesday 2nd November. Night works are planned to avoid disruption to motorists and reduce the risk of vehicles driving over the new lines.

• 10/10/2022 - A contractor has been engaged to reinstate the line marking that was removed during pavement repairs. Works are scheduled for the first week in November, weather permitting.

• 31/08/2022 - The pavement road works Project has been completed. Line marking to be scheduled. 

• 18/08/2022 - The asphalt patching is approximately 40% completed and running on track with potential weather delays tonight and over the weekend. A single lane will operate under traffic control today and aiming to have both lanes open over the weekend. Council advises that residents should allow for extra travel time.

• 17/08/2022 - Asphalt Works commenced - A single lane will operate under traffic control during this time. Council advises that residents should allow for extra travel time.

• 16/08/2022 - Work is expected to commence Wednesday 17th August and take two weeks to complete.
