11/05/2023 - Sealing has been completed. Project closed.

About the works

18/04/2023 - Re seal prep work will be carried out by the roads crew. These repairs will be completed by 23 April.

29/03/2023 - Road rehabilitation work will commence on Hillandale Rd 30 March 2023 under traffic control. These works do not include the whole of this road, but only the severely scoured out sections.

03/03/2023 - Crews are in the area completing remediation works on Broughton Vale Road and Boundary Road. Once completed they will carry out pavement remediation works on Hillandale Road.  Funding has been approved from TfNSW through Natural Disasters.

02/02/2023 - A Geotechnical Engineer will be engaged in February 2023 to carry out pavement investigation works.

05/01/2023 - Tender expected in March 2023 following sampling and testing investigations. A Northern District Pavement Repair Program, including sections of Hillandale Road, is expected to be put to tender in March 2023 following sampling and testing investigations. The road has temporarily been reinstated as a gravel road and will be maintained as such until permanent works can be carried out, including repairs to the table drain. In the interim please drive slowly with caution.
