Agars Lane - Berry - Pavement Repair

The Shoalhaven was declared a Natural Disaster Area 5 March 2022 after an East Coast Low and subsequent rain events. This had a major impact on our communities, causing rapid deterioration to pavements and roads. Agars Lane, Berry, was impacted by these rain events resulting in planned repair works.

21/03/2024 - Pavement repair works are currently being carried out on Agars Lane. Works are now expected to be completed end of March 2024 due to recent weather.

2023 Works history

28/02/2024 - Pavement repair works are currently being carried out on Agars Lane. Work is expected to be completed mid March 2024.

08/09/2023 - The scope of works for the pavement repair of Agars Lane has been submitted to Transport NSW for funding approval.

06/04/2023 - A quotation for ground investigations and pavement designs has been issued. Once complete, pavement designs will be submitted to Transport NSW for scope of work and funding approval.

23/03/2023 - A quotation for ground investigations and pavement designs will be issued in April 2023, prior to submitting the scope of work to Transport NSW for funding approval.

02/02/2023 - A Geotechnical Engineer will be engaged in February 2023 to carry out pavement investigation works. 

 

2022 Works history

  • 21/11/2022 - A Northern District Pavement Repair Program, including sections of Agars Lane, is expected to be put to tender in March 2023 following geotechnical investigations. In the interim please drive slowly with caution.

  • 31/10/2022 - A tender to deliver a Northern District Pavement Repair Program, including sections of Main Road is expected to be called in December 2022. Road repair works are expected to commence in the new year.
