The DA Guidelines and Checklists have become outdated. Accordingly, they have been removed from Council's website.
NOTE: Customers may know that on 1 March 2018 changes were made to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000. Further, an Order to establish the Biodiversity Assessment Method under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 commenced on 26 February 2018. These legislative changes have impacted widely on Council documents which are now under review.
