From 1 July 2010 this includes the following information. If the information is not available on DA tracking, a copy can be inspected at Council’s offices on request.
- Home warranty insurance documents
- Occupation certificates
- Structural certification documents
- Town planner reports
- Heritage reports
- Tree inspections reports
- Acoustic reports
- Land contamination reports
- Notices of determination (approval and refusal)
A record of construction certificates
issued by Council can be searched separately. A fee is payable for a copy of the full construction certificate
Please note that if the development application includes internal specifications and configurations or commercially sensitive information, this will not be provided.
