Submissions which are made in relation to publicly notified proposals are considered to be public documents. Public documents may be published in Council reports and may be accessible upon request by other members of the public.
The information about planning documents is NOT the statutory exhibition in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. It only provides some of those documents that are on public exhibition at Council in an electronic format. If you have any questions about the exhibition or what it means for you, please contact Shoalhaven City Council - Strategic Planning Unit.
When making a comment or submission you may need to report political donations and gifts made in the previous 2 years. You should also be aware that submissions made on development applications will be made public. For more information refer to the guidelines on making a submission.
Items remain available for viewing after submissions have closed, for your information.
