Want to be more involved in the St Georges Basin Community?

Would you like to become more involved in the St Georges Basin community?

The St Georges Basin Management Committee are looking for new volunteers and are holding an information day on October 23rd.

What is a Management Committee?

They work “behind the scenes”, orchestrating the practical side to community life such as hiring our public halls and facilities, ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with, and acting as a voice for their communities when liaising with Council.

How many hours a week does do I need to be available?

Each Management Committee member will be required to attend meetings as scheduled by their Committee.  Committee Members may be required to complete tasks as delegated from the meeting.

Each Committee offers volunteers the opportunity to take on a more active role within the Committee if time permits.

If you want to know more please attend the Members Information Morning Tea on Wednesday 23rd October, 10am, St Georges Basin Community Centre.
