Be Part of Revitalising Nowra

Are you interested in being part of revitalising the Nowra CBD? Shoalhaven City Council has two vacancies available on the Nowra CBD Revitalisation Strategy Committee.

The purpose of the Nowra CBD Revitalisation Strategy Committee is to determine overall capital works and budgets, act as a communication conduit between Council and the CBD stakeholders, assist in communicating and advocating to the community and as a group, collaboratively work towards achieving collective goals to ensure Nowra grows and is a vibrant town and economy.

Council is now seeking nominations from suitably qualified and committed people to fill two vacancies for one community member who is not a CBD retailer, business operator or landowner and one CBD business retailer. Previous experience in working on committees that deliver outcomes is required as part of the selection criteria.

Nominations close at 5.00pm on Friday, 5 May 2017.

For more information visit the Council website to download the expression of interest form and selection criteria. For enquires, contact Jessica Volkanovski – Planner, Shoalhaven City Council on 4429 3477 or email
