Water Supply Update September
The recent rain has eased the stress on the Shoalhaven water supply, for the time being. The whole of the Shoalhaven catchment has received at least 50mm of rain in the past week, which has significantly increased the flow into Shoalhaven’s primary water supply storage, Tallowa Dam.    The rainfall has resulted in Shoalhaven City Council delaying the imposition of water restrictions, which were predicted to be in force from the end of September, before the recent event. &nb...

Sports fields targeted by vandals
Shoalhaven City Council is saddened to hear of the recent vandalism at three of Council’s sports fields. Vandals have targeted the Thompson Street Complex, Sussex Inlet Sports Field and Vincentia Sports field, by removing copper wiring from floodlights and illuminators. The vandalism has rendered the floodlights unsafe to use resulting in power outages at the fields. Council has its eye on safety with installation of new CCTV cameras
Shoalhaven City Council has welcomed 10 new security cameras along the Nowra Riverfront as part of the Nowra Wharf and Bridge Precinct Safety Project. Council is the recipient of up to $625,000 from the Australian Government’s Safer Communities Fund for the project which includes the supply of CCTV mobile, fixed CCTV, and their installation and removal around the Nowra Riverfront Area. Get your fitness fix 'round-the-clock'
Shoalhaven City Council is excited to announce Ulladulla residents will soon be able to get their fitness fix 24-hours a day.  The Ulladulla Leisure Centre will be offering members all hour access to their gym facilities, at no additional cost. Nowra General Cemetery Vandalism
Shoalhaven City Council has been shocked at the vandalism that has occurred over the weekend at the Military Portion of the Nowra General Cemetery. Nowra Showground Enhancement Project
Shoalhaven City Council is pleased to announce the first sod on the Nowra Showground Enhancements project has been turned. The project will see facilities of the Nowra Showground and the Horse and Cattle Precinct upgraded to attract further events and visitors to the region.
