Shoalhaven City Council has waived tipping fees for a family who was recently devasted by a house fire earlier this month in Shoalhaven Heads.    Shoalhaven Mayor Amanda Findley and her fellow Councillors supported the Mayoral Minute on Tuesday. 26 November 2019 to waive approximately $10,000 in waste services charges. Youth Art Project Highlights Community Values

Council Staff  Giving Back to the Community
Shoalhaven City Council Staff are coming together every Friday to give back to the Community. Council holds Casual for a Cause once a week, where staff can give a contribution towards a local charity. The initiative has been very successful with staff already donating $22, 565. As cat breeding season gets underway, Shoalhaven City Council Rangers are encouraging responsible cat ownership to avoid negligent breeding and anti-social consequences. To combat kitten season multiple rescue organisations in the region have joined to form the Shoalhaven Cat Project. On Friday, 15 November Shoalhaven City Council celebrated the official opening of the state-of-the-art Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre.
