The Land and Environment Court has this morning dismissed the appeal against Shoalhaven City Council’s deemed refusal of a two storey dwelling in Griffith Street, Callala Beach.   The DA was proposed across a consolidated three blocks of land purchased at auction in 2010. Council is advising residents that the Bomaderry Aquatic Centre 50 metre outdoor pool is currently closed.Due to the recent strong winds and power outages in the northern Shoalhaven the pool temperature has significantly dropped.The pool will remain closed until the outdoor pool returns to normal operating temperatures of approximately 25°C. The indoor pool will remain open during this time with all programs running as normal.Council apologises for any inconvenience.
