Shoalhaven City Council will commence work on stage three of the Quinns Lane road upgrade project this week. The works, which are expected to take approximately three months, will involve rehabilitation of the road pavement and installation of new stormwater culverts at Browns Creek. Shoalhaven City Council Director of Assets and Works, Ben Stewart has responded to media reports regarding the state of Jaspers Brush Road by saying that staff have been working with the contractors to rectify the issue for the past month. Shoalhaven City Council Mayor, Joanna Gash has welcomed a funding announcement by Member for South Coast, Shelley Hancock that will allow construction of two shared user pathways in the south of the City. The NSW State Government has provided $210,000 to continue the shared user path on Matron Porter Drive, Mollymook between Garrads Lane and Sunnygrove Lane.
