Shoalhaven City Council is making moves to open Lake Tabourie with the current rain having an effect on water levels.Council staff have been monitoring Lake Tabourie and the local rainfall forecast on a daily basis since the lake’s water level stabilised around one metre Australian Height Datum (AHD).As a result of the current heavy rainfall in the catchment, the water level in the Lake has now risen to 1.1m AHD, approaching the 1.17m level that triggers the intervention to open the entrance.As ...
