City Council Mayor, Joanna Gash has welcomed news that construction will
commence on the $80 million Vincentia Shopping Centre by the end of this year.

Mayor Gash said the Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets will be part
of Stage One of the project while the commencement of the Big W and further
speciality shops will be undertaken in Stage Two.
Stage Three of the project will consist of bulky goods, retail
outlets and space for a Library.
Planning Assessment Commission
