You can pay online by credit card using our secure payment gateway using our Commonwealth Bank payment service.
Please note: When you want to make a payment, make sure you have your notice with you. Your notice contains the unique reference number which will tell you which method you need to pay through.
Rates reference numbers start with a ‘5’ (top right-hand corner) and each property has a unique number
Water reference numbers start with a '6' (bottom right-hand corner) and each property has a unique number
Invoice reference numbers start with a '3' or '4' (bottom left-hand corner)
Payment Advice reference numbers start with a '2' (top right-hand corner)
