We want your feedback on our first ever Local Strategic Planning Statement: Shoalhaven 2040 – Our Local Strategic Planning Statement.

The Statement anticipates how the City might change and outlines the work required to manage development and the delivery of necessary infrastructure and services.

It will address a broad range of topics such as:

• The number, type, and location of new homes
• Provision of infrastructure and service
• Job creation, economic growth, and strengthening commercial centres
• Protecting and adapting to our environment
• Enhancing our heritage, landscapes and the character of our towns villages, and neighbourhoods.
