Holiday Haven Lake Conjola Wins People’s Choice Award

At the recent Caravan Industry Association of Australia’s annual conference, Shoalhaven City Council’s Holiday Haven Lake Conjola park was awarded the 2021 ReviewPro People’s Choice Caravan Park. This award recognises the park’s strong business performance.  

To win this prestigious industry award, holiday park operators must consistently deliver great visitor experiences, exceptional customer service, and constantly exceed their guests' expectations. Eligible holiday parks are assessed on their online reputation, with the award based entirely on the online reviews and customer feedback.   

Mayor Amanda Findley congratulated the team. “Brad and Hayley have been managing the Holiday Haven Lake Conjola park for nearly seven years and during this time have experienced catastrophic bushfires and worked through COVID closures. This award is a credit to them and their staff,”  Clr Amanda Findley said. 

Brad MacDougall and Hayley Reekman commented: "it is really gratifying to be recognised for our efforts, particularly as this award is decided by our guests. Running this park is a team effort. We feel very proud to be the custodians of the park and look forward to many more visitors coming here to experience what we have to offer."
