Community survey

We regularly conduct a phone survey of some 400 plus Shoalhaven residents.

The main function of the survey is to gather community feedback about their satisfaction levels with Council’s services.

This feedback is used by Council to improve its service delivery and resource planning for the region.

The survey also measures the community's ‘Happiness Index’ which is made up of personal health and wellbeing questions.
