All Victorian travellers due for arrival before 31 July have been contacted to postpone or cancel their bookings. All Victorian guests due for arrival between 1 August - 30 September have been advised to keep their bookings and until further advice& received from relevant authorities.
Victorian travellers who haven’t been in Victoria for the past 14 days need to sign a Pre-arrival Medical Declaration upon arrival.
Shoalhaven Animal Shelter
Adoptions available by appointment only, with restrictions in place. Animals for adoption are available on our Facebook page. Contact us to make an adoption or reclaim appointment.
Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre
Counter sales and Encore Café open with restrictions in place. Cashless Tap & Go transactions are preferred. Find out more.
Shoalhaven Swim Sport and Fitness Facilities
All Shoalhaven Swim Sport Fitness facilities have now reopened. Please refer to our website for detailed information on changes to operations.
Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre
The Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre is open for casual play only. A fitness space is available with Spin Bikes and a range of functional fitness equipment.
Waste Depots and Buyback Centres
All Recycling and Waste Depots are now open but delays are to be expected due to social distancing measures. Green and Bulky Collection service is taking bookings.
Building and Planning
Meetings available by phone appointment and email only.
Council meetings continue to be conducted remotely. Members of the public are encouraged to watch these meetings on our live stream.
Our Customer Service Centre is open. Customer service interactions are encouraged to be conducted online and over the phone. Call to speak with a helpful staff member or use the convenient web chat function on our website.
Open for hire, with restrictions, in line with NSW Health regulations.This includes buildings at showgrounds, sporting facilities, meeting rooms, public halls, community centres and Schools of Art. All use must comply with current NSW State Government restrictions as identified by law.
Ulladulla Civic Centre
The Ulladulla Recovery Centre has transitioned to a telephone service, call Council’s dedicated recovery helpline on (02) 4429 5888. The Café is still operating with restrictions in place.
Operations as normal, with social distancing in place.
Shoalhaven Regional Gallery
Open Tues-Fri 10-4 and Sat 10-2 with restrictions in place.
Meeting rooms will be available for bookings from the 6thJuly.
Open for borrowing, returning and computer use. Public computers & printing/scanning/photocopying are now available. Phone ahead to book a computer. The meeting room is now taking bookings for up to 10 people. Nowra, Sanctuary Point and Ulladulla will be reopening Saturdays, as of July 4. Find out more.
Chapel – up to 50 seated indoors and unrestricted number outdoors with above distancing and Reflections Cafe – up to 50 seated indoors, up to 12 seated undercover outdoors and up to 14 seated in the open outdoors with above distancing. A total of 76 catered for with table service. People attending a funeral or memorial service must supply their name and contact details for contact tracing.
Open for use, including training. All use must comply with current NSW State Government restrictions as identified by law.
It is the responsibility of the user-group to ensure compliance with current restrictions, and NSW Police are enforcing these.
