Only plastic containers coded with:

This includes most plastic drink bottles and jars, some margarine and ice cream containers and some shampoo and laundry detergent bottles. You need to check the bottom of the bottle or container for the complying symbol.

Newspapers, magazines, advertising leaflets and junk mail, letters, writing paper, cardboard and cardboard boxes, egg cartons and envelopes are all recyclable.

Steel cans (eg: baked bean tins, pet food cans etc) Aerosol cans (just take the spray nozzle off)

Note: Please rinse your recyclables with leftover dishwashing or sink water, NOT fresh water.
