New Services Any request made for the start of a new waste & recycling service MUST be made by the owner of the property. Once the property has selected a bin size, Council will then instruct SITA (Council's Waste & Recycling contractor) to organise the delivery of the bins. This occurs within 5 working days. Once this is done, the charge is allocated against the property Rates Notice. Request Repairs Click here (Submit Request) to submit a request for Bin service.
