Shoalhaven Bushcare Program

Summary of Bushcare volunteer people hours

To date Council’s Bushcare volunteers have contributed 33,498 volunteer hours to restoring and improving Council’s bushland reserves and natural areas. At the standard rate of $20 per hour that Volunteers Australia has identified as the hourly in kind value for volunteer labour this is equal to $669,960 worth of value to Council that the Bushcare Program contributes to date.
