Tenders / Expressions of Interest

Call to Artists – Make Your Mark on Milton

Shoalhaven City Council is offering Milton and Ulladulla area artists and community members the opportunity to contribute to the streetscape beautification project planned for Milton.

Designs are sought that will reflect Miltons’ “past, present and future”. The work will also celebrate Milton’s 150 year anniversary being held throughout 2010. The selected designs will be cut into brushed stainless steel panels which will form various streetscape elements.

All designs are to be submitted in accordance with specification no: REH1109/04. Technical enquiries may be directed to Roslyn Holmes Landscape Architect Supervisor on Phone (02) 44293295.
Submissions will be received at the Tender Box, Council’s City Administrative Centre, Bridge Road, Nowra, up to 3.00pm on Thursday 17th December, 2009. The selected designs will be announced by Wednesday 23rd December.

Occupation and Use of Former Bomaderry Public School at Birriley Street

Expressions of interest are being sought by Council for the lease, occupancy and use of the former public school building at 5 Birriley Street, Bomaderry.

Further information can be obtained from the memorandum Occupation and Use of Former Bomaderry Public School at Birriley Street Enquiries should be directed to the Land Information Officer (02) 4429 3138. An open for inspection will be conducted on Tuesday 1 December, 2009.

Responses to the Expressions of Interest are to be lodged in sealed envelopes, marked “Expression of Interest – Bomaderry Former Public School – File 40174E” and deposited into the Tender Box located at City Administrative Centre Bridge Road, Nowra no later than 3:00pm Thursday 17 December, 2009.
