Payment Options

Pay Online by Credit Card using our secure payment gateway.
(Note: All credit card transactions incur a 1% surcharge on the total amount of the transaction (excluding fines).)

The following options are also available for the payment of council accounts.
 

Credit Cards Rates, Debtors and Water Accounts
Council can now accept credit cards by telephoning 1300 66 20 25 or by making payment over Council’s internet website (See Links Above).

Customers will need to have their account with them so they can quote the reference number of their account.

B-Pay Rates and Water Accounts (Cheque and Savings Accounts only)
Council customers can ring and arrange payment of their accounts over the telephone. Customers are able to telephone their banking institution 24 hours a day to pay their rate and water accounts. You can also pay online at some institutions. To see if your financial institution has B-Pay, check here. Note: Customers will need to have their account with them so they can quote the biller code and other details.

 

Direct Debit Rates, Water and Debtor Accounts
The direct debit scheme is a payment option whereby customers fill in and return to Council a direct debit application form (available at Council's offices). Each time a rate instalment falls due or a Debtor Account is raised a payment will be automatically made from the customers bank account. Customers will still receive an account for their records.

 

In Person All Accounts
Visit Council's Nowra or Ulladulla offices. Council now provides debit and credit card eftpos facilities. Council's cashiers hours are 9:00am to

5:00pm, Monday to Friday at the Nowra office and 9:15am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday at the Ulladulla office.

 

Australia Post All Accounts with the Australia Post "Post It" marking
Customers can make payments at any Australia Post Agency if they have their account with them.

 

Remittances All Accounts
Customers can post payments to Council. Payment must be by a cheque or money order and sufficient details of the account they are paying included.
