Providing a high standard of customer service to ratepayers, residents and all Council's customers (professionals, visitors, suppliers, developers, builders, etc) has been an important Council objective for many years. This issue has been highlighted with staff and reinforced through team briefs, however, from time to time complaints are raised.
It is important that
these issues are fed back, so that the particular situation can be
properly reviewed.
